\textit{B. Lafuerza Guillén, J. A. Rodriguez Lallena} and \textit{C. Sempi} [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 232, No.~1, 183--196 (1999; Zbl 0945.46056)] studied uniform boundedness of probabilistic normed spaces (PN-spaces). In this paper, the authors study topological boundedness of PN-spaces that are topological vector (TV) spaces. Further, they study whether certain classes of PN-spaces are TV spaces.
