The authors consider the boundary value problem \[ (\Phi_p(u^\Delta(t)))^\nabla+a(t)f(u(t),u(\mu(t)))=0 \] on a time scale interval \((0,T)\), \[ u_0(t)=\varphi(t),\quad t\in[-r,0]_T,\quad u(0)-B_0(u^\Delta(\eta))=0,\quad u^\Delta(T)=0, \] or \[ u_0(t)=\varphi(t),\quad t\in[-r,0]_T,\quad u^\Delta(0)=0,\quad u(T)+B_1(u^\Delta(\eta))=0, \] where \(f\) is a positive continuous function, \(a\) is a positive ld-continuous function, \(\varphi\) is a positive continuous function, \(B_0, B_1\) are continuous functions bounded by certain linear functions, and \(\mu\) is a continuous function with \(\mu(t)\leq t\) (in particular, \(\mu\) stands here for a delay, and does not mean the graininess of a time scale, which can be a little bit confusing). Sufficient conditions are established guaranteeing the existence of at least three positive solutions to the above BVP. As the main tool in the proof, the Leggett-Williams fixed point theorem is used. The auhors are motivated by some related works on dynamic and differential equations. One example is given.
