Maximal regularity of second order delay equations in Banach spaces (Q5902193)

The author presents some necessary and sufficient conditions for the second order delay evolution equation \[ u''(t)=Au(t)+Fu_t+Gu_t'+f(t),\quad t\in \mathbb{R}, \] to have maximal regularity in Hölder continuous function spaces \(C^\alpha(\mathbb{R},X)\), where \(X\) is a Banach space, \(A:D(A)\to X\) is a closed linear operator in \(X\), and \(F,G\in \mathcal{L}(C([-r,\,0],X),X)\) are delay operators for some fixed \(r>0\).
