The author acknowledges priority on one of the results from the paper cited in the heading: \textit{S. Ya. Yakubov} announced an analogous result [Izv. Akad. Nauk Az. SSR Ser. Fiz.-Tekh. Mat. Nauk, No. 2, 42--46 (1987; Zbl 0668.35069)]. The author also points out that Yakubov's detailed paper [Math. USSR, Sb. 69, No. 1, 99--119 (1990); translation from Mat. Sb. 181, No. 1, 95--113 (1990; Zbl 0716.47008)] only contains proofs for a significantly less general result.
