    The paper deals with the existence of bounded positive solutions to neutral delay differential equations of the form \({d\over dt} [x(t) - P(t)x(t-r)] + Q(t)x(t-\sigma) = 0\); \(t\geq t_ 0\), where \(P,Q \in C([t_ 0,\infty),\mathbb{R})\) and \(\tau,\sigma > 0\). It is proved that if \(P(t) \equiv 1\) and \(Q(t)\) is nonnegative then the problem is equivalent to \(\int^ \infty_{t_ 0} tQ(t)dt < \infty\).
