In the reviewed paper, the almost periodic solutions to the evolution equation \[ (*)\quad u'(t)=A(t)u(t) \] are considered. The authors suppose that the corresponding Cauchy problem is well posed and stable, and, moreover, that the operator A is strongly almost periodic in the sense that for each \(t\geq s\) for each \(x\in X\) the function \(u(t+.,s+.)x\) is almost periodic. Here, U(t,s) are the evolution operators for the Cauchy problem considered, and the function f: \({\mathbb{R}}\to X\) is called almost periodic if f is continuous on \({\mathbb{R}}\) and if the set \(\{f_ s:\) \(s\in {\mathbb{R}}\}\), where \(f_ s(t)=f(t+s)\), is totally bounded with respect to the topology of uniform convergence on \({\mathbb{R}}.\) Under these suppositions, they give necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of almost periodic solution to the equation (*). Further, some extensions to the ``semilinear'' and ``fully nonlinear'' case are discussed, and, eventually, some examples are written down.
