The stationary Navier-Stokes equations \[ \Delta v- (v\cdot\nabla) v-\nabla p=0, \quad \nabla\cdot v=0 \] are considered in a half-plane \(\Omega=\{(x,y)\in \mathbb R^2,\;x\geq 1\}\). The boundary conditions \[ \lim_{x^2+y^2\to\infty}v(x)=v_{\infty},\qquad v|_{\Sigma}=v_{\infty}+u \] are added. Here \(v_{\infty}=(1,0)\), \(\Sigma=\partial\Omega=\{(x,y)\in \mathbb R^2,\;x=1\}\). \(u(y)=(w(y),\;z(y))\) is a vector from a certain set of vector fields \(S\) satisfying \(w(y)=w(-y),\;z(y)=-z(-y), \lim\limits_{|y|\to\infty}u(y)=0\). It is proved that under some restrictions for the set \(S\) of boundary data the problem has a classical solution with a specific behaviour at infinity. The Fourier transform and ideas of dynamical systems are used in the paper.
