Discovering a new Poisson summation formula in [Rev. Mat. Iberoam. 32, No. 4, 1341--1352 (2016; Zbl 1366.42011)], \textit{N. Lev} and \textit{A. Olevskii} asked a question to what class of functions the other Poisson summation formula due to A. P. Guinand applies. This question is clarified in the paper under review. The author also discuss his own very recent Poisson summation formula. The paper is concluded with open problems.
