The Dirichlet problem for a quasilinear singularly perturbed second order system (Q5917841)

The Dirichlet problem for a vector singularly perturbed second order system is considered. The authors reduce the problem to an equivalent first order system. The linear main part of the new system has \(n\) roots in the left part of the complex plane and \(n\) zero roots. Using the known boundary conditions technique the authors construct a formal asymptotic solution of the problem and make a remainder estimate of the solution. The paper is a development of the investigations performed by Smith, Zhu and Lin.
