The authors and \textit{C. Monical} [Sémin. Lothar. Comb. 82B, 82B.27, 12 p. (2019; Zbl 1436.05131)] introduced the notion of \(K\)-crystals, which are \(K\)-theory analogs of crystals with the enriched property that their associated Lascoux polynomials appear as the characters of a \(K\)-theoretic analogs of Demazure subcrystals. In [loc. cit.], it was conjectured \(K\)-crystals exist for all rectangular shapes and this article proves that result. In proving this conjecture, the authors provide the first combinatorial formula for the Lascoux polynomials that arise. In particular, their formula is a sum over flagged set-valued tableaux, which are indexed by a weight in the Weyl group orbit of a multiple of a fundamental weight, i.e., a rectangular shape partition. Additionally, the authors use their formula to prove conjectures by \textit{C. Ross} and \textit{A. Yong} [Sémin. Lothar. Comb. 74, B74a, 11 p. (2015; Zbl 1328.05200)] and \textit{C. Monical} [Sémin. Lothar. Comb. 78B, 78B.35, 12 p. (2017; Zbl 1384.05160)], which present combinatorial interpretation of Lascoux polynomials for rectangular shapes.
