Some starlikeness criterions for analytic functions (Q5925267)

Let \(U=\left\{z\in\mathbb{C}:| z| <1\right\}\) be the unit disk and let \(A_{n}\) denote the class of functions \(f(z)=z+\sum_{k=n+1}^{\infty}a_{k}z^{k} \text{ analytic in } U,\;n\in\{1,2,3,\ldots\}\). Consider the class \[ S_{n}^{*}(\lambda)=\left\{f\in A_{n}:\Re \frac{zf'(z)}{f(z)}>\lambda,\;z\in U\right\}. \] In the paper the author obtains a sufficient condition on \(M,\alpha,\lambda\) and \(\mu\) for which \[ \left| (1-\alpha)\left(\frac{f(z)}{z}\right)^{\mu}+\alpha f'(z)\left(\frac{f(z)}{z}\right)^{\mu-1}-1\right| <M \text{ implies } f\in S_{n}^{*}(\lambda). \] Some new results on starlikeness criterions are obtained.
