The authors consider linear time-invariant feedback finite-dimensional systems for strong stabilization. Unfortunately, the absence of some definitions makes the description unintelligible. Finally, note that an analogous problem is considered in the book [\textit{A. A. Pervozvanskij}, A course in automatic control (Russian), Nauka, Moskva (1986)].
