    The authors consider the following multilinear oscillatory singular integrals with rough kernels and more general operators \[ T_{P,A}f(x) = \text{ p.v. }\int_{R^n}e^{iP(x,y)}\frac{\Omega (x-y)}{|x-y |^{n+m-1}} R_m(A;x,y)f(y) dy, \] and \[ S_{P,A}f(x) =\text{ p.v. }\int_{|x-y |<1} e^{iP(x,y)}\frac{\Omega (x-y)}{|x-y |^{n+m-1}} R_m(A;x,y)f(y) dy, \] where \(P\) is a polynomial, \(\Omega\) is homogeneous of degree zero and \(R_m(A;x,y)\) denotes the \(m\)-th order Taylor series remainder of \(A\) at \(x\) expanded about \(y\). When \(P \equiv 0\), \(T_{A}\) is the operator considered by \textit{J. Cohen} and \textit{J. Gosselin} [Ill. J. Math. 30, 445-464 (1986; Zbl 0619.42012)]. When \(m=1\) and \(R_m \equiv 1\), \(T_{P}\) is the classical oscillatory integral and the relation between \(T_{P}\) and \(S_{P}\) was considered by \textit{S. Lu} and \textit{Y. Zhang} [Rev. Mat. Iberoam. 8, No. 2, 201-219 (1992; Zbl 0786.42007)]. They obtain the following. Let \(\Omega \in L\log^+ L(S^{n-1})\). If \(A\) has derivatives of order \(m-1\) in BLO\((R^n)\) and we assume some technical conditions for \(A\), then \(T_{P,A}\) is bounded on \(L^p (R^n)\) if and only if \(S_{P,A}\) is bounded on \(L^p (R^n)\) , \(1<p< \infty\).
