The author shows that the subgroup \(K\) of the affine Weyl group \(\widetilde C_4\) is a homomorphic image of the triangle group \(\bigtriangleup(3,4,4)\), where \(K\cong H\rtimes S_3\) and \(H\) is the subgroup of \(D_\infty^{n-1}\) consisting of all elements of exponent sum zero.
