The paper presents the results covered by the continuous-time case results in \textit{W. M. Haddad}, et al. [Proc. 36th IEEE Conf. Decision \& Control, San Diego, CA 1, 452-457 (1997)]. Several numerical examples are included, where a quasi-Newton optimization is used to solve the optimality conditions.
