The authors study the classical Bernoulli free boundary value problem. The problem is transfromed into some shape optimization problem. The continuous dependence of the solution with respect to the data \(K\) (\(K\) is a star-shaped domain) are proved. Besides, the authors present a method to solve the shape design problem in the two-dimensional case.
