Let \(C\) be a commutative Noetherian domain with a unit and \(Q=(q_{ij})\) be an \(n\times n\)-matrix with invertible entries such that \(q_{ij}q_{ji}=q_{ii}=1\). An algebra \(R\) is called \(Q\)-solvable if \(R\) is a \(C\)-algebra and \(R\) is freely generated as \(C\)-module by elements \(x_1^{m_1}\cdots x_n^{m_n}\), \((m_1,\dots,m_n)\in{\mathbb Z}_+^n\) with commuting relations \(x_ix_j-q_{ij}x_jx_i=r_{ij}\), \(i<j\), where \(r_{ij}\) is an element of the subalgebra \(R_{i+1}\), generated by \(x_{i+1},\dots, x_n\). A \(Q\)-solvable algebra is a \({\mathbb{Z}}_+^n\)-filtered algebra and its associated graded ring \(A=\text{gr}(R)\) is the ring of twisted polynomials. The author also introduces the notion of a pure \(Q\)-solvable algebra. Roughly speaking, this means that the algebra has sufficiently many good specializations. This notion includes \(U_q(\mathfrak n)\) for a nilpotent Lie algebra \(\mathfrak n\), \(U_q(\mathfrak b)\) for a Borel algebra \(\mathfrak b\), other examples are quantum matrices and quantum Weyl algebra. The main result is a quantum analogue of the Gelfand-Kirillov conjecture for algebraic Lie algebras. Theorem Suppose that the \(C\)-algebra \(R\) is pure \(Q\)-solvable. Then the field of fractions \(\text{Fract}(R)\) is isomorphic to \(\text{Fract}(A)\), where \(A=\text{gr}(R)\). In particular, the skew field of fractions of \(R\) is isomorphic to the skew field of twisted rational functions.
