An \(n\)-gon \(P\) in hyperbolic space \(H^3\) is an ordered \(n\)-tuple \((x_1, \dots, x_{n+1})\) of points in \(H^3\) called the vertices. The vertex \(x_i\) is joined to the vertex \(x_{i+1}\) by the unique geodesic segment \(e_i\). An \(n\)-gon \(P\) is closed if \(x_{n+1} =x_1\). In this paper, the authors study the symplectic geometry of the space of closed \(n\)-gons in \(H^3\) such that the \(i\)-th edge \(e_i\) has fixed side-length \(r_i\), \(1\leq i\leq n\), modulo \(PSL_2(\mathbb{C})\). These moduli spaces are symplectic quotients of \(B^n\) by the dressing action of \(SU(n)\), where \(B\) is a certain Borel subgroup of \(SL_2(\mathbb{C})\). An integrable Hamiltonian system on \(M_r\) is constructed, and the angle variable and momentum polyhedron are described. Finally, the authors prove that \(M_r\) is symplectomorphic to the moduli space \(M_r(E^3)\) of closed \(n\)-gons with fixed side-lengths in the Euclidean space \(E^3\).
