In this note, integrals of interval-valued functions and fuzzy-valued functions are defined by Henstock's approach using McShane's \(\delta\)-fine intervals. The integrals defined are proved to be equivalent to the Aumann integral and the \((K)\)-integral, respectively, which are used in the study of fuzzy-valued functions. The following result is also proved: A fuzzy-valued function is integrable if and only if its corresponding interval-valued functions are equi-integrable.
