The basis property of a system of root functions of a nonlocal problem for a third-order equation with a parabolic-hyperbolic operator (Q5930598)

In the plane domain bounded by the segments \(AA_1: x=0\), \(A_1B_1:y= 1\), \(BB_1:x= 1\) for \(y>0\) as well as by \(AC: x+y=0\) and \(BC: x-y= 1\) for \(y<0\), some nonlocal problems for the composite type equation \[ Lu={\partial\over\partial x} \left\{\begin{matrix} u_x- u_{yy}, &y>0\\ u_{xx}- u_{yy}, &y< 0\end{matrix}\right\} \] are considered. The basic property of the system of root functions for these problems is studied.
