For some \(h>0\) let \(C\) denote the set of continuous functions \(\varphi: [-h,0]\to \mathbb{R}^n\) and let \(C_H=\{\varphi\in C:\|\varphi\|\leq H\}\) for some \(H>0\). The author considers the system of differential-functional equations \({dx\over dt}=f(t,x_t)\) where \(f(t,\varphi) \in\mathbb{R}^n\) is a functional defined on \([0,\infty) \times C_H\), and \(f(t,0)\equiv 0\). He presents several conditions guaranteeing equiasymptotic stability of the trivial solution, \(x(t)\equiv 0\), to the above system. Here, equiasymptotic stability means a conjunction of stability and equiattractivity.
