Inverse problems of spectral analysis are studied for boundary value problems generated by the Sturm-Liouville differential operator \[ \ell y:=y''+q(x)y, \quad 0<x<T, \] and the linear forms \[ U_j(y):=H_jy'(0)+h_jy(0)+\int_0^T y'(t) d\sigma_j(t), \quad j=1,2,\;U_1\neq U_2, \] where \(q(x)\in L[0,T]\) is a complex-valued function, \(H_j\) and \(h_j\) are complex numbers, \(H_1\neq 0,\) and \(\sigma_j(t)\) are right continuous complex-valued functions of bounded variation. The author introduces and investigates spectral characteristics which uniquely determine the operator, proves corresponding uniqueness theorems and shows connections with classical inverse spectral problems when \(\sigma_j\equiv \text{const}\).
