It is considered the system of differential equations \[ \dot{x}=A(t)x +\varepsilon f(t,x),\quad t\geq 0, \tag{1} \] with \(x\in \mathbb{R}^{n}\), \(A\in C(\mathbb{R},\mathbb{R}^{n\times n})\), \(f\in C(\mathbb{R},\mathbb{R}^{n}),\varepsilon>0 \) is a small parameter; \(x(t,t_{0},x_{0})\) is a solution to system (1) with the initial condition \(x(t_{0},t_{0},x_{0})=x_{0};\) \(|x|= (|x_{1}|,\ldots,|x_{n}|)^{T}.\) The following estimate sets are considered: the time interval \(T=[t_{0},t_{0}+\tau];\) the initial perturbation set \(S_{\alpha}=\{x\in \mathbb{R}^{n}:|x|<\alpha\};\) the allowable set of deviation of the motion \(S_{\beta}(t)=\{x\in \mathbb{R}^{n}:|x|<\beta(t)\},\) where \(\tau\) is a scalar or \(+\infty, \alpha=(\alpha_{1},\ldots,\alpha_{n})^{T}> 0\) is a constant vector, \(\beta(t)=(\beta_{1}(t),\ldots,\beta_{n}(t))^{T}\geq 0\) is bounded and differentiable, \(\alpha <\beta(t_{0}).\) The system (1) is said to be technically stable with respect to \(\{S_{\alpha},S_{\beta}(t),T,t_{0}\}\) if \(x(t,t_{0},x_{0})\in S_{\beta}(t)\) whenever \(x_{0}\in S_{\alpha}.\) It is assumed that \(|f(t,x)|\leq h(t)\), \((t,x)\in T\times \overline{S}_{\beta}(t)\), \(h\in C(\mathbb{R}_{+},\mathbb{R}_{+}^{n}).\) Let \(B(t)=(b_{ij}(t)),\) with \( b_{ij}(t)= \delta_{ij}a_{ij}(t)+(1-\delta_{ij}) |a_{ij}|)\), \(\delta_{ij}\) is the Kronecker delta. One of the main results of the paper is the following: System (1) is technically stable with respect to \(\{S_{\alpha},S_{\beta}(t),T,t_{0}\}\) if \(B(t)\beta(t)+\varepsilon h(t)<\dot{\beta}(t)\) for \(t\in T.\)
