Signature change and Clifford algebras (Q5932513)

The objective of the paper is to introduce an algebraic approach to the change of signature in a Clifford algebra where there is no need to introduce any extra dimension to describe it. The particular case the authors have in mind is the one involving the four-dimensional spacetime, where an operation ``simulating'' the properties of the Minkowski spacetime in terms of an Euclidean spacetime is introduced and vice versa. The approach is inspired by the book of \textit{P. Lounesto} ``Clifford algebras and spinors'', Cambridge University Press (1997; Zbl 0887.15029) but there are differences in the method and interpretation.
