The authors present some general techniques and results that can be applied to the study of the behaviour of solutions of nonlocal reaction-diffusion equations in \(N\)-dimensional space. They study the stability of stationary solutions, which is mainly based on the properties of the operator associated with the linearization of equations under considerations. There are two different cases, monotone and non-monotone. It is shown that (by an example) when the equation does not satisfy a monotonicity condition, it is possible to have stable inhomogeneous solutions.
