In this paper the problem \[ \begin{cases} \Delta y= 0 \text{ in }\Omega\times (0,\infty),\\ y = 0 \text{ on }\Gamma_1\times (0,\infty),\\ \partial y/\partial\nu+K(x,t)y_{tt}+\alpha (x,t)y_t+|y|^\gamma y+|y_t|^\rho y_t=0\text{ on } \Gamma_0\times (0,\infty),\\ y(x,0)=y^0(x),\;y_t(x,0)=y^1(x)\text{ on }\partial\Omega\;(\partial\Omega=\Gamma_0\cup \Gamma_1)\end{cases} \] is investigated. Under some assumptions on the functions \(K\) and \(\alpha\) (\(K\) can vanish for \(t\geq t_0\)), the authors prove the existence, uniqueness, some regularity properties, and the asymptotic behaviour of the strong as well as weak solutions. They use the Galerkin procedure for the existence of the solutions and the uniform decay is obtained by the perturbed energy method.
