In this paper the author considers nonstationary parabolic equations with coefficients dependent on two small positive parameters \(\varepsilon\) and \(\sigma\). The parameter \(\varepsilon\) determines a period of coefficients of these equations and the inverse of the parameter \(\sigma\) characterizes the scatter of coefficients of conductivity. The initial-boundary value problem for these equations models diffusion in a medium with \(\varepsilon\)-periodically allocated inclusions having small conductivity. It is assumed that one of the following conditions is satisfied: \(\sigma / \varepsilon^2 \to \infty\), \(\sigma / \varepsilon^2 \to \theta >0\), \(\sigma / \varepsilon^2 \to 0\), when \(\varepsilon\to 0\), \(\sigma\to 0\). The author presents homogenized equations whose solutions approximate the solutions of the equations under consideration and states estimates of the exactness of this approximation.
