Conjectures and theorems in the theory of entire functions (Q5934356)

The paper falls into three parts. In the first section the authors have given the properties of functions of the Laguerre-Pólya class and inequalities that are connected with these functions. The second part of the paper contains the main result (Theorem 2.4). The authors have obtained the new moment inequalities for entire functions represented by Fourier transforms. In the last section the open questions is formulated associated with the functions of the Laguerre-Pólya class and the Riemann \(\zeta\)-function.
