The authors continue to study chaotic properties of the nonautonomous equation \[ z'=\bar{z}(1+e^{i\kappa t}|z|^2) \] [see Part I, ibid. 161, No. 2, 245-288 (2000; Zbl 0953.34034)]. The method of isolating segments is applied to establish the existence of infinite sets of homoclinic solutions of the trivial solution \(z=0\). Part III, see ibid. 183, 262-278 (2002; Zbl 1025.37013).
