The authors study the existence of an \(n\)-parameter family of ``special solutions'' for a system of nonlinear neutral functional-differential equations. It is shown that every solution is asymptotic to some member of the \(n\)-parameter family of ``special solutions''. This paper is related to \textit{Yu. A. Ryabov}'s work [Tr. Semin. Theor. Differ. Uravn. Otklon. Argumentom, Moskva 3, 153--164 (1965; Zbl 0196.38701)].
