Hyperfunctions and microfunctions with holomorphic parameters play an important role in the microlocalization theory. This paper proves a microlocal variant of the Malgrange-Zerner theorem in hyperfunctions with holomorphic parameters, which shows the microfunctions with holomorphic parameters are pointwise determined. With this result, it reveals the Hartogs' phenomena for those microfunctions as in the extendability of holomorphic functions.
