Homotopy and existence of solutions for the nonlinear equation \(Lx\in Nx\) (Q5937343)

Some general existence theorems for multivalued nonlinear equations in Fréchet spaces of the type \(Lx\in F(x)\) are proved in this paper. Here, roughly speaking \(L,F: X\to Y\), \(X\) and \(Y\) are Fréchet spaces, \(L\) is linear, \(F\) is nonlinear and multivalued and they satisfy some technical assumptions. Proofs involve coincidence degree and homotopy arguments. This extends previous work by Granas and Mawhin. No example of application is given.
