By an \((m+k,m)\)-group, also called a vector valued group, is meant a nonempty set \(G\) together with one operation \(f\colon G^{m+k}\to G^m\) satisfying some analog of the associativity and the existence of solutions, which for \(k=m=1\) gives an arbitrary group. In this paper is given a complete classification, up to isomorphism, of affine and projective \((m+k,m)\)-groups defined on subsets of the set of complex numbers \(\mathbb{C}\) and satisfying some commutativity conditions. The classification is based on results on a class of complex curves in \(\mathbb{C}^m\) and on previous results of the authors [Complex commutative vector valued groups, Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts, Skopje (1992)].
