A nonlinear control system of the form \[ \dot x = Ax + \varphi(u) + g(x, u), \quad x(0) = 0, \quad \tag{1} \] where \(x \in \mathbb{R}^n\), \(A\) is a constant \(n\times n\)-matrix, \(u \in U \subset \mathbb{R}^n\), the \(n\)-dimensional vector function \(\varphi(u)\) is continuous on \(\mathbb{R}^n \times U\) and is continuously differentiable with respect to \(x\), is considered. The matrix \(A\) and the functions \(\varphi(u), g(x,u)\) are supposed to be real. The control function \(u=u(t)\in U, 0 \leq t \leq 1\) belongs to a class of Lebesgue mesurable functions. Let \(D(1)\) denotes an attainable set of the control object (1) at the moment \(t=1\). It is possible to prove by using the Gronwall lemma that under some standard assumptions the set \(D(1)\) is not empty and bounded. Sufficient conditions for the point \(0\) to lie inside the set \(D(1)\), i.e. \(0 \in \text{int} D(1)\), are found in the article.
