Using the idea of a modified random integral contractor, the authors introduce a notion of a modified Lipschitz condition. Relations between different conditions for the existence and uniqueness of the solution of a specific stochastic hereditary integrodifferential equation are explored. A specific class of random processes is defined, and modifications of the Lipschitz condition and the bounded random integral contractor are presented for which previously cited versions of the existence and uniqueness results are valid.
