The problem of image restoration with system fusion is studied. The fine structure of the multistate Maximum Entropy Neural Network (MENN) is investigated. Modified MENN's algorithm enables the authors to solve the aggregate fusion and restoration problems. Software simulations are presented for the quantitative and qualitative characterization of the developed MENN algorithm.
