The authors discuss the structure of the solution set of the Volterra integral inclusion \[ (1) \quad y(t)\in h(t)+\int_{0}^{t}k(t,s)F(s,y(s)) ds, \quad \text{for} \quad t\in [0,T], \] where \(k:[0,T]\times [0,t]\to \mathbb{R}\) and \(F:[0,T]\times \mathbb{R}^{n}\to CK(\mathbb{R}^{n});\) here \(CK(\mathbb{R}^{n})\) denotes the family of all nonempty, compact, convex subsets of \(\mathbb{R}^{n}\). The main result of this paper concerns the topological structure of the solution set \(S(h;\mathbb{R}^{n})\) of the integral inclusion (1). It is proved under appropriate hypotheses on \(F, k \) and \(h\) that the set \(S(h;\mathbb{R}^{n})\) is nonempty, connected and compact. In the spirit of the above result the topological structure of the solution set of first order differential equations and inclusions is considered too.
