Multi-multifractal decomposition of digraph recursive fractals (Q5940351)

In a previous paper [Acta Appl. Math. 57, No. 2, 133-164 (1999; Zbl 0945.28003)] the author showed how multifractal decompositions for dimensions, Liapunov exponents and local entropies can be computed via the thermodynamic formalism and large deviation arguments in the case of invariant Gibbs measures for one-dimensional expanding Markov maps. He also introduced the notion of multi-multifractality which consists of computing the multifractal spectra of the auxiliary (Gibbs) measures employed in the computation of the primary spectrum [op. cit.]. The basic cases of binomial and multinomial measures on the unit interval were explicited in [\textit{D. Simpelaere}, Rev. Mat. Apl. 20, No. 1-2, 33-78 (1999; Zbl 0964.28006)]. The paper under review extends the above ideas and arguments to the setting of recursive fractals constructed by directed graphs as studied by \textit{G. A. Edgar} and \textit{R. D. Mauldin} [Proc. Lond. Math. Soc., III. Ser. 65, No. 3, 604-628 (1992; Zbl 0764.28007)].
