This paper deals with the Vlasov-Poisson-Boltzmann system \[ \begin{cases} \partial_t u+v\cdot\nabla_x u+\nabla_x\varphi\cdot \nabla_vu= Q(u,u),\\ \Delta\varphi= \rho= \int_{\mathbb{R}^3} u dv,\quad u(0,x,v)= u_0(x, v),\end{cases}\tag{1} \] where \(u(t,x,v)\) is the distribution function for the particles at time \(t\geq 0\), spatial coordinates \(x= (x_1,x_2,x_3)\in \mathbb{R}^3\), and velocity \(v= (v_1,v_2,v_3)\in \mathbb{R}^3\). The author constructs global classical solutions for (1) with small amplitude. Note that in (1) \(Q(u,u)\) is the standard Boltzmann collision operator, which describes the short-range interaction between particles.
