In the paper it is considered the random magnetic Schrödinger operator without scalar potential on \(\mathbb R^d\) \((d\geq 2)\): \[ H^{\omega}=(p-A^{\omega}(x))^2 \;\;\text{on} \;\;L_2(\mathbb R^d), \] where \(p=i\partial_x\) the momentum operator, \(A^{\omega}(x)=(A^{\omega}_{1}(x),..., A^{\omega}_{d}(x))\), \(x\in \mathbb R^d\) is a vector potential, with a metrically random closed 2-form \(B^{\omega}=dA\), where \((\Omega,\Sigma,P)\) is a probability space. Denote \(\Lambda_{L}=\{x\in \mathbb R^d : |x_j|\leq L/2, j=1,...,d\}, L>0\) and \(H_{\Lambda}^{\omega}\) be the Schrödinger operator on \(\Lambda\subset \mathbb R^d\) with the Neumann boundary condition. Put \[ k(E)=\lim_{L\to\infty}\frac{1}{|\Lambda_L|}\#\{\text{eigenvalue of} \;H^{\omega}_{\Lambda_L}\leq E\}. \] The main result in the paper is the following \[ \limsup_{E\searrow 0}\log(-\log k(E))/\log E\leq -d/2. \] To prove this estimation the author uses a new estimate on magnetic Schrödinger operators which is similar to the Avron-Herbst-Simon estimate but the bound is always nonnegative.
