Let \(B(G)\) be the set of elements of order \(\leq 2\) of a group \(G\). It is proved that the nonempty set \(G\setminus B(G)\) can be partitioned into two subsets dense with respect to any nondiscrete topology of \(G\) if \(G\) satisfies one of the conditions (i) \(G\) is a direct product of an infinite family of finite nontrivial groups; (ii) \(G\) is infinite Abelian and \(B(G)\) is not a neighbourhood of zero.
