Let \(W=(W,S)\) be a Coxeter group with \(S\) the Coxeter generator set. Let \(\Gamma''\) be a certain totally ordered Abelian group whose order is compatible with the group structure. \textit{G. Lusztig} defined certain inverse multi-parametric Kazhdan-Lusztig polynomials (called KL-polynomials in short) \(Q_{x,w}'\), \(x,w\in W\) [in Lect. Notes Math. 1024, 99-111 (1983; Zbl 0537.20019)]. On the other hand, \textit{V. V. Deodhar} defined certain inverse parabolic KL-polynomials \(Q^J_{x,w}\) (\(J\subseteq S\)) in one parameter \(q\) [see J. Algebra 111, 483-506 (1987; Zbl 0656.22007)]. Both \(Q_{x,w}'\), and \(Q_{x,w}^J\) are generalizations of the original inverse KL-polynomials \(Q_{x,w}\). In the paper under review, the author defines multi-parametric (the author says ``weighted'') inverse parabolic KL-polynomials \(Q_{x,w}^{\prime J}(\mathbf q)_{\mathbf u}\) in the group ring \(\mathbb{Z}[\Gamma_+'']\), which can be regarded as generalizations of both \(Q_{x,w}'\) and \(Q_{x,w}^J\). The author gives combinatorial formulae and recursion formulae for the polynomials \(Q_{x,w}^{\prime J}(\mathbf q)_{\mathbf u}\), where the combinatorial formulae are an extension of results for the inverse KL-polynomials obtained by \textit{F. Brenti} [see Invent. Math. 118, No.~2, 371-394 (1994; Zbl 0836.20054)]. Some results are deduced for the inverse KL-polynomials and the inverse parabolic KL-polynomials.
