The author studies the Brauer group of central division algebras in the case where the ground field is strictly Henselian of characteristic \(0\). Let \(F\) be Henselian with algebraically closed residue class field (i.e. strictly Henselian) and value group of rank \(n\). With each algebra of the Brauer group \(\text{Br}(F)\) he associates an \(n\times n\) alternating matrix \(A\) over \(\mathbb{Q}/\mathbb{Z}\). Then by diagonalizing \(A\) he obtains an expression for the algebra as a tensor product of symbol algebras and shows its index to be the square root of the row rank of \(A\); he also provides a means of calculating this row rank by expressing \(A\) in terms of Pfaffians. Since \(\text{Br}(F)=(\mathbb{Q}/\mathbb{Z})^N\), where \(N={n\choose 2}\), the endomorphism ring and automorphism group of \(\text{Br}(F)\) can be expressed in terms of the \(N\times N\) matrix ring over \(\text{End}(\mathbb{Q}/\mathbb{Z})\). An expression for the relative Brauer group in terms of matrices formed from uniformizing elements is also given.
