The authors consider the restricted Robe's three-body problem. Namely, one of the primaries is a rigid spherical shell of mass \(m_1\) filled with a fluid of density \(\rho_1\). The second primary is a mass point \(m_2\) outside the shell, and the third body of mass \(m_3\) is an infinitesimal solid sphere of density \(\rho_3\) inside the shell. The authors prove the existence of all equilibrium points in the problem. The conditions for linear stability of equilibrium points are investigated depending on densities, eccentricity, and mass parameters. The results are compared with those on the classical restricted three-body problem.
