The author presents a proof for the real analyticity of conically self-similar free vortex solutions (this means, a class of exact solutions, defined in a conical domain) to the Navier-Stokes equations. It is shown that such solutions are uniquely determined by the values of three derivatives on the symmetry axis. This is an interesting result and justifies mathematically the use of the one previous numerical method. In addition by using the regularity and uniqueness result, the author shows that any conically self-similar free-vortex solution to the Navier-Stokes equations has a second-order nonswirling correction term, and this term has a vanishing second-order contribution to the total axial flow free in the cases of the entire space and a half-space. For general conical domain, it is given here a formula for the, in general nonzero, second-order contribution to the total axial flow force.
