    The boundary-value problems for the stationary Boussinesq equations: \[ \begin{gathered} -\mu\Delta u+(u\cdot \text{grad})u +\text{grad} p+\beta GT= f\text{ in }\Omega, \quad\text{div} u=0 \text{ in }\Omega,\\ -\lambda \Delta T+u\cdot \text{grad} T =f\text{ in }\Omega \end{gathered} \] with general non-standard boundary conditions for the velocity \(u\) \[ \begin{gathered} u=g\text{ on }\Gamma_1,\;u\times n=a\times n\quad \text{and}\quad p +\frac 12 |u|^2= g\text{ on }\Gamma_2,\\ u\cdot n=d\cdot n\quad \text{and}\quad \text{rot }u\times n=h\text{ on } \Gamma_3, \end{gathered} \] and mixed boundary conditions for the temperature \[ T=\psi \text{ on }\Gamma_D,\;\lambda\left( {\partial T\over \partial n}+ \alpha T\right) =\xi\text{ on }\Gamma_N, \] are considered. Here \(\Omega\) is a bounded domain in \(\mathbb{R}^3\) with a Lipschitz continuous boundary \(\Gamma\), such that \(\Gamma= \overline \Gamma_1\cup \overline\Gamma_2 \cup \overline \Gamma_3\) or \(\Gamma= \overline \Gamma_D\cup \overline\Gamma_N\) and \(\Gamma_1,\Gamma_2\) and \(\Gamma_3\) or \(\Gamma_D\) and \(\Gamma_N\) are open non-intersecting subsets of \(\Gamma\). Local and global existence theorems are proved and precise a priori estimates for the solution are given.
