    The authors consider the coefficients \(a_i\) of the polynomial \(\sum^n_{i=0} a_iz^i\) to be complex such that \(\arg a_i\leq \alpha< {\pi\over 2}\) for each \(i\) and \(|a_n|\geq |a_{n-1}|\geq\cdots \geq|a_0 |> 0\), they obtain the estimate of the number of zeros in the disc \(|z |\leq {1\over 3}\) which does not exceed \({1\over\log z}\log ({k\over|a_0 |})\) where \[ k=|a_n|(\cos\alpha +\sin\alpha+ 1)+2 \sin\alpha \sum^{n-1}_{i=0} |a_i| \] and also \(p(z)\) has no zero in \(|z|< {|a_0|\over k_1} <{1\over 3}\) where \[ k_1=|a_n|(1+ \cos \alpha+ \sin\alpha)- |a_0|(\cos\alpha- \sin\alpha)+ 2\sin\alpha \sum^{n-1}_{i=1} |a_i|. \]
