The author pressents a new class of nonstationary exact solutions for the equations of motion of heavy symmetrical gyroscope chains. The chain consists of \(n\) symmetrical rigid bodies coupled by ideal spherical hinges. It is assumed that symmetry axes of some bodies are collinear to the vertical axis, and the axes of other bodies make equal angles with vertical axis. The author examines how the main variables determining the absolute position of gyroscopes depend on time, and proves a uniqueness result. It is shown that total energy of each body and vertical projections of angular momenta of body subchains are constant during the motion.
