Hausdorff measure and dimension of some fractals in \(\mathbb{R}^N\) (Q5946385)

This paper has serious overlaps with previously published work by \textit{N. Castro} and \textit{M. Reyes} [``Hausdorff measures and dimension on \({\mathbb R}^{\infty}\)'', Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 125, No. 11, 3267-3273 (1997; Zbl 0886.28004)]. In fact, there is practically nothing in its content that cannot be found in section 4 of the paper by Castro and Reyes (CR), namely, Theorem 3.1 (together with the particular case stated in Theorem 3.5) and Theorem 3.7 are straightforward generalizations of Example 4.1 and Example 4.3, respectively, of CR, whereas Theorem 3.8 coincides with Property 3.3(5) of CR. The presentations of the results and their proofs strikingly mirror those in CR, that does not appear among the references.
