The existence of positive solutions to the following superlinear \((n-1,1)\) conjugate boundary value problem is discussed with the help of topological degree theory and cone theory: \[ -u^{(n)}(x)= f(x,u(x)),\quad 0< x< 1,\quad u^{(k)}(0)= 0,\quad 0\leq k\leq n-2,\;u(1)= 0, \] where \(f: [0,1]\times \mathbb{R}\to\mathbb{R}\) is continuous. The present results improve some of the recently published results.
